This waiting room records presence and time. At irregular intervals (between 30 and 120 minutes), a visitor currently waiting may be selected through a hash-based process. The selected visitor receives an allocation equivalent to 12% of the system's creator fees. This mechanism operates as a circular system based on recorded activity rather than direct payments.
